Our exhibit covers the evolution from traditional metalcraft techniques in Tsubame, which date back to the Edo period, to the current state of the metal industry. Highlights include one of Japan's leading kiseru (smoking pipe) collections, the Museum of Spoons from around the world, and works by Living National Treasure Nobuo Tamagawa. At the Experience Workshop, you can engage in various metalworking activities, including the hammered copper tumbler experience.
