The exhibition covers the history of flooding along the Shinano River, the journey toward the construction of the Okozu Diversion Channel, and future prospects. On the 1st floor, we introduce the floods, such as the Yokota breach in 1896, and the lifestyle of the time. The 2nd floor features exhibits like a 100-year-old trolley and a 4-meter-long diorama model of the Okozu Diversion Channel. On the 4th floor, there is an observation room offering a panoramic view of the Okozu Diversion Channel.
