Hoshiyu began in 1957 in Tsubame-Sanjo, initially selling work gloves for factories. As the local industries developed, we shifted our focus to manufacturing packaging for the region’s renowned metalworking products. Our high level of craftsmanship and proposal-based production have earned us recognition and orders from across the country. We utilize a variety of processing techniques to convey the value and appeal of our customers' products through packaging. These include window adhesive that allows the product to be showcased directly, pseudo-embossing that transforms flat designs into three-dimensional displays, and velvet processing that gives packaging a luxurious, leather-like feel. Through these techniques, we help communicate the passion and charm behind our customers’ products to their users.
