Our Tsubame-Sanjo Spice Laboratory, managed under the supervision of Chef Kazuki Ito of the spice restaurant 'Spice Cafe' in Tokyo's Oshiage, is a local eatery that aims to re-edit and promote 'Japanese Living' in collaboration with various creators.
On the day of the event, we will provide meals using Tsubame-Sanjo-produced cutlery and local ingredients.
