ON THE UMAMI TSUBAME SANJO PORT is a venue dedicated to showcasing the魅力 (charm) of food by offering dashi and dishes that highlight the "UMAMI" (umami) of various ingredients. We provide workshops and tours of our aquaponics facility, aiming to let visitors enjoy and appreciate the pleasure of eating, making, learning, and buying.
